Mermaid Tattoo
This was a commission I completed for a tattoo design. My customer requested that the mermaid be tattooed as well, and gave me creative freedom on the design. I chose to do a swallow tattoo for both its meaning and because it contrasted with the mermaid's sea nature. I did the lines with ink, but I used Prismacolor pencil for the rest. This is the line art I did in ink before I added the color.

Inktober 2018 - Venezuelan Myths. Drawing number 24. This is one of the most popular Venezuelan myths. A horrible spectre which can be spotted roaming through the plains. He is known as El Silbón (meaning the man who whistles), due to his most bizarre characteristic: he produces a chilling whistling sound, and if it's heard nearby it denotes that he is far away, and if on the contrary it is heard far away it's a signal that El Silbón is very near.
