Peach Blossom and Blue Bird

Delicate colored pencil drawing of a blue bird perched among cherry blossoms. I used Prismacolor pencils on homemade paper. I did use marker for the lines though. There's a secret message too, can you guess it?
Mermaid Tattoo

This was a commission I completed for a tattoo design. My customer requested that the mermaid be tattooed as well, and gave me creative freedom on the design. I chose to do a swallow tattoo for both its meaning and because it contrasted with the mermaid's sea nature. I did the lines with ink, but I used Prismacolor pencil for the rest.
