The Whistler

Inktober 2018 - Venezuelan Myths. Drawing number 24. This is one of the most popular Venezuelan myths. A horrible spectre which can be spotted roaming through the plains. He is known as El Silbón (meaning the man who whistles), due to his most bizarre characteristic: he produces a chilling whistling sound, and if it's heard nearby it denotes that he is far away, and if on the contrary it is heard far away it's a signal that El Silbón is very near. Sakura micron pens on white drawing paper.
